Don’t Panic.

No, really, it’s going to be okay. Take a deep breath. There’s someone out there right now who’s probably going through the same thing you are, if not, worse. Does that make you feel better? There’s someone out there who knows how you feel. More people than you think, actually. So don’t keep it a secret. Reach out, trust people, and open up. These are your main suffering years. Make memories, make mistakes, and don’t think too much. Tell someone they’re beautiful and give them a hug. That would make their day. Don’t be afraid of the people you love. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. 
And do you wanna know a secret? Someone is thinking of you . You may think that you’re unloved or unlovable. You may think if you disappeared that no one would notice. But guess what? I think you’re beautiful, inside and out. So when you fall asleep and you’re holding your blankets tight like they were a body, know that someone else is doing the SAME thing, and they wish that more than anything they were holding you. 
YOUR LIFE IS WORTH SOMETHING. You are living for a reason. Your problems are shared, but your talents are not. You can offer insight that no one else can. And you CAN change the world.

• they say miley is a whore, pregnant, ugly, and a bad role model. She just wanted to grow up.
• they said that Demi was a freak for cutting and having an eating disorder, when she had problems of her own and they didn’t know what she’d been through
• they say Justin Bieber is gay, a girl, and can’t sing. Then why does he have more fans than half of the music industry?
• they say Selena Gomez is ugly, just because she’s dating Justin.
